Through online video consultations, I’ll diagnose your condition using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, and shape your treatment plan. This involves creating personalised herbal prescriptions tailored exactly to your needs, with the high quality, high dosage herbs delivered straight to your door. These prescriptions deliver real results – health transformations that you’ll be able to track and, of course, feel. Firstly, you’ll completely my extensive pre-consultation questionnaire which I’ll analyse before we meet. This includes looking at any test results you have. We’ll then do the online consultation together - up to 60 minutes via video call, where we’ll really dig in to understand your health history, your symptoms, your menstrual cycle, and your goals. This will be the basis for my diagnosis and treatment plan, and your first herbal prescription.

I'll prescribe a Chinese herbal formula created specifically for you - not a generic mix, but a carefully crafted prescription tailored to your exact needs. These are professional-grade herbs at therapeutic doses, delivering real results.
